This workout will be allocated to one of the weeks during the competition. Each Wednesday at 7am AEST beginning on the 25th October, we will release via our social media pages, the workout to be completed for that week. For those of you who are filming your workouts so that you can be considered for prizes, there will be a “code” required to be presented at the beginning of your video. The code will also be released on the Wednesday mornings. Feel free to practice the workouts as much as you like, but only the workouts performed during the allocated week should be logged as your score.

**When videoing your workout you must begin the video by saying your name, your age category, the workout, and the code word for the week.

HOW TO LOG YOUR SCORE

On Wednesday each week, at 7am AEST the registration system will open for you to submit your scores for the weeks workout.  You need to log your score via our splash page http://throwdowns.me/WodstockOnline2017 . Simply select the workout, enter your score, your leaderboard name, email address and video link and your score will be entered to the leaderboard. If you make an error, you can simply enter it again. If you want to be in contention to win your division, a video submission must be provided, along with the code word for the week. **When videoing your workout you must begin the video by saying your name, your age category, the workout, and the code word for the week.
